Yes that is a minus in front. Actually that is including the windchill. OMG it is so cold outside. We had this around Xmas and then a big break. Supposed to warm up to a balmy 26 F by the weekend!

Brrrr, your post gave me chills. We had a couple of days where the temp went to -30F with the windchill this winter (it was -10 or so without the windchill), but it didn't last lond and we stayed inside. That is just too darn COLD!!! Stay warm!!!
