Spin off of Nicole post.... - Are you a believer....:)

I'm just curious b/c a lot of us believe in an afterlife of some kind (good or bad or both), and yet most don't believe in a 6th sense or pyschic abilities being possible. So, now I'm curious if any of you believe that a persons spirit can live on after their body dies as a ghost.... please NO debates, just your opinions and feelings on the topic at hand.
luvbug00 replied: I was gonna ask this because i watched gost hunter last night! lol! & yes.
MyLuvBugs replied: That's ok. I totally watch those shows too. I'm actually glad I'm not the only one.
And I suppose I should answer my own question, huh?
Yes, I do believe in ghosts and hauntings, but not to much in poltergiests. I feel like if somone passes and they're troubled or don't want to go just yet....then they'll stay just not in their body. Scary thought and kinda sad too, but it goes back to the whole spirits/angels around us thing.
Kaitlin'smom replied: yes I am a believer, I have seen a lot, and searched for a lot.
MyLuvBugs replied: Really?!?!? That's cool! I've only see two spirits of people I knew, but 1 VERY freaky ghost that wasn't a kind spirit if you know what I mean. I can't believe you've searched? WOW!! i'm totally impressed.
luvmykids replied: I believe in angels/spirits among us but think they are not a persons soul, I believe that is what goes to heaven or hell when a person dies. I think it's more of an essence and think some of it is how bad we want to believe that, kwim?
And when I was 8 yo at my gparents house, I woke up in the middle of the night and saw, I'm totally serious it wasn't like a "vision" it was more tangible, saw a figure in a black cloak and hood turn the corner and go to my gparents bedroom. He almost died that night and did die about 2 months later.
DVFlyer replied: My mom has a few weird stories.... one about being pushed by a little girl ghost..... very creepy. I totally believe. Michelle is convinced there is a ghost in our house. I wouldn't mind if there was, I just wish they'd help with the housework!
Maddie&EthansMom replied: I totally believe in ghosts. And I most certainly believe in angels. I have some guardian angels...I thank God for them.
ilovemybaby replied: I don't know.
Crystalina replied: We have a ghost in our house. I know we do, you can feel it on the back of your neck. After Evan learned to walk we noticed alot of weird things going on, with him. There were always toys going off for no reason (his toys only) and there was one spot in the living room where he would always fall for no reason. We inspected the area and there is nothing there. He would also always go into the little hall area by the kitchen and look up pointing and babbling to someone. At times I could swear someone was there because he would get so serious and then start laughing, take off running and come back and say "see me?". Almost like he was showing off for someone. It didn't bother me unless those darn toys would go off. One night Evan fell in the same spot again and DH said "ya know what? I don't care if you stay here just quit pushing Evan" and I swear it has never happend again. Go ahead, call me wacky.
CantWait replied: Total believer here. Especially in angels. I believe that all babies can see angels, where us adults can.
Story: When Anthony was just starting to talk, around 10 months or so, he said the word "GOD" and pointed to up to the ceiling. Now Ron and I have never talked to our little baby about God, so how was he to know. I was his biggest influence in his life until he was 5 and a half, and we had never left him at that point with anyone. There was just no way that anyone could have told him about God. So I believe that the angels that babies see, more specifically the angel that Anthony saw told him something about God. Let me point out also, that although I do believe in Jesus, and God etc... I'm not a deeply religious person.
holley79 replied: I have no clue on this one. I kind of believe because of things I saw as a child but then again I wonder if it wasn't just my imagination.

Heather77 replied: I definately believe in ghosts! I grew up in a historic ghost town, and have had a few experiences. Nothing that really scared me... I always thought it was pretty cool!
