TEXAS - where everything is BIGGER

We leave the house tomorrow around 4 am to drive to Jacksonville, FL and then hop on a plane to TEXAS where we will be for a week. I am excited about Texas, I have never been to Texas other than a connecting flight. However ... I am taking the LAPTOP , and I am sure we will get on and say HELLO to everyone.

Mommy2Isabella replied: I haven't met his brother or rather anyone on his side of the family other than his mother who ... almost hates me! HAHAH! So I guess I am nervous to see what they think about me! I am a big dork I guess that is why I am nervous!

Is it that she wanted you two to wait before committing yourselves to a lifetime of legal insanity (aka parenthood) ??

punkeemunkee'smom replied: Have fun! It is hot here-in the upper 80's today so bring shorts! Lol! I think it is supposed to be a bit cooler across the state for the weekend (70's) so still not cold! Summer is almost here again!

JP&KJMOM replied: Yes no doubt check the weather for where you are gonna be. Texas weather is really crazy in case you did not know that. It can be 85 one day and 25 the next!

C&K*s Mommie replied: I think that is when a woman is in the later months of PG, you are not supposed to fly. The baby is safe in her womb in the early months when flying. When you begin the waddle because your baby and stomach are giant, <<~~ yes, waddle like a duck. Not all women do that, but I kinda did it may be an issue with the doc. I think anytime in the last 4-6 weeks it is not safe all around.

Mommy2Isabella replied: We will be in Houston and surrounding areas ... ya I don't have long before I am not supposed to fly because being high risk, just have to check in with the ob ... and he cleared going to texas so hopefully he knows what he is talking about! Well ... its is 5 and i haven't showered yet ... SICK ... I have been busy ... Sal will be home soon ... so Im off to shower!
