TLC DAD - Technical difficulties?

Now this morning it took about 3 min to load the home page
It could be the net acting up bc it comes and goes

Sometimes it will take awhile to boot, but nothing too terribly long. It has given me a message before saying that there were the maximum limit of people in the forum and it wouldn't let me on. Most times I think our modem is just crap, but maybe it's not if others are having problems too. Our modem is still crappy though even if there are problems with the site.

We did get an SQL error the other day, but was fixed within minutes.

Jen, are you on dialup both at home and work?

moped replied: Well this time took me about 5 errors and it automatically restarted each time and I finally got in to read it. I am on high speed both home and work........home asks me if I want to send, I clicked yes once, but usually say no. At work it is just very very very slow, usually 10 minutes to open, but no error message. I can get on any and all other websites......
Any thoughts?

Crystalina replied: I will usually scan the boards about once every few days and I don't post that often because it takes FOREVER to post something or to get from one board to another. For me it's just easier to browse then to take the time to post unless it's something that I really want to respond to. I usually keep my butt over in the siggy forum because I have a tendency to want to respond to everything and I would be here all day if I did that. I have realized that in the last couple of months it has taken quite awhile to manuever around here.

moped replied: I should mention that it is a microsoft error, not a parenting club error, and only on this website, and only in the last week or so

My2Beauties replied: I've had this happen with this website before too trying to get on from home, the main page would take 10-15 minutes to load and meanwhile I was all kinds of other websites trying to find out if it was my computer or network or something. I also think it's weird that from home I can see everyone's siggy and pictures but from work I can only see a few people's siggy's and there are certain people (Nichole (boys R Us), Aimee, and a couple others that come to mind that I can never see their siggies, their pics - nothing!
