Taylor Hicks
mamasbigbaby wrote: Anyone know of message boards of him??
ashtonsmama replied: Just Google it, a TON come up!
Halo42101 replied: I feel kind of clueless but who is he?
ashtonsmama replied: Only the guy that WON American Idol!
JESSI!
LOL
Totally kidding. I'm like Jekyll and Hyde today, eh?
(However you spell that?)
Halo42101 replied: Did I get you to laugh, Amanda? Sorry, I don't watch American Idol. I just go by the previews but I forgot about Taylor. I know... how could I, right?
ashtonsmama replied: Naw, it's just addicting anyways. You're better off without it. Thanks for the laugh. I need more of those today.
Halo42101 replied: Okay, now I am thinking of stories that will make you laugh. Oh, I got one! When I was little, about 6 or 7, I went to my stepbrother's basketball game. Well, I wanted to move up front in the bleachers to see my stepbrother play better because my family was sitting in the back, so I went right up front to the bleachers all by myself. I was watching when all of a sudden... BAM! I fell backward in the bleachers due to another player on my stepbrother's team. He nailed me right on the head with the ball on the way by and knocked me over. My legs were up in the air and I was crunched between the bleachers. Well, my biological brother and other stepsiblings were rolling laughing at me and the kid who nailed me with the ball never forgot me. Of course it was an accident but he still remembers me to this day. Now, there's a story for you. Oh and I have also never lived this one down.
mamasbigbaby replied: Ok, Amanda I googled it too. you girls can use thIS THREAD AND RENAME IT STORIES THAT MAKE AMANDA LAUGH!
Halo42101 replied: I was thinking that when I typed my story. I second the notion.
mamasbigbaby replied: I'm joking.
Halo42101 replied: That made me wonder... is it second the notion (lol) or second the motion? I always get words confused, like saying... "that's bridge under the water," instead of "it's water under the bridge."
ZandersMama replied: Jessi, you sound so much like me. Whats worse, DH is starting to understand! When I say "go to the kitchen and get me the thing" he comes back with what i'm looking for,
Halo42101 replied: Isn't it great when your DH begins to understand your language? DH gets a kick out of how much I confuse words & MIL too. She always asks me if I have new words. Here's another one for you, it's not toilet paper but paper toilet.
ashtonsmama replied:
Noooooooooooo!
And I'm with you ladies, I always get sayings and stuff mixed up, and Ryan does now understand most of what I say, which is pretty funny...
mamasbigbaby replied: You girls are a riot!
