Teetering on the edge of being a rotten mom

Boys r us wrote: Some of my friends wanted me to come out tonight to have dinner and hear a band we all like. Well, Tanner has ball practice, I don't have a sitter, Rick is working late..so I said No at first.

Then I was like..you know I REALLY want to go..this is where the rotten part comes in..
so, I'm meeting my friends at this restaurant downtown at 6:30 and I'm bringing Braedon with me. My mom agreed to deal with Tanner's ball practice tonight and watch him afterwards!!
Now, I'm not going to drink or anything and it IS a restaurant with a bar, not like a full blown bar. All of my friends love him to death..so it will be fine..b/c Brae loves them too..so he'll be happy to be surrounded by all of them showering him with attention.
But I feel kind of slimy taking him..lol..I don't know why REALLY b/c it is a restaurant we go to often..with the kids, just after 7 or so, it's more of a hang out...I'll probably be home by 10..which TRUST ME IS WAAAAAYYYYY before Mr Brae Brae's bedtime...considering I can't get him to sleep until 1am

Anyhow, Off to go finish getting ready!! I'll post pics later!
