The Moment Of Truth
stella6979 wrote: Does anyone else plan on watching this tonight? I've been waiting and have the DVR set just in case. I don't think I could ever go on this show, but I think it'll be interesting to see how people answer some of these questions.
TheOaf66 replied: I do, I think it looks alright, just hope it lives up to the hype
CantWait replied: Ya some of those questions are brutal. I think I'm going to watch it tonight just to see the reaction of some of the questions.
Calimama replied: Yeah I want to watch it too!
sparkys2boys replied: Yup I may watch it and see if it is going to be as good as it looks on the pre views.
stella6979 replied: Same here. I've seen a lot of previews for it but haven't noticed who's hosting it. Anyone know?
Calimama replied: Mark Walberg I think.
lisar replied: I would do it cause I have nothing to hide. And I would hope that dh would do it, but it wouldnt bother me if he wouldnt.
A&A'smommy replied: Not to be a witch but personally I think its stupid WHY and WHERE do people come up with these ideas its getting pretty ridiculous.. I'm SICK to death of all the stupid reality tv shows
Calimama replied: Because they get ratings. There's some I like, some I don't. I just ignore the ones I don't like.
stella6979 replied: I understand what you're saying but this is more of a gameshow than it is a reality show. When it comes to the reality shows though, I'm with Denise, there are some I find entertaining and the others I just ignore.
Cece00 replied: I have it DVR'ed too.
HuskerMom replied: I'll probably watch it, I'm curious. Just watching the previews though it makes me wonder why some of those people even went on the show after some of the things they admit to. I guess money talks though.
Crystalina replied: I agree that the reality shows are getting out of hand but I am also the first to tune in to them.
Has anyone seen Isolation 2.0? That's nuts!
Thank goodness for the reality show during the strike though. I would go nuts.
::ETA:: Forgot to answer the question yes, I'll be watching.
My2Beauties replied: I will admit to wanting to watch this, only to see if it lives up to the hype, commercials are good at editing out things to keep you in suspense and get you to watch...BUT I will say the idea of this show sort of appalls me. I mean how far will they go and by the commercials (even though they are edited) seems like there are going to be some hurt feelings. The types of questions they are asking are questions that need to be discussed in private if you ask me. But I will watch....
bawoodsmall replied: I dont think I can watch even though I really do want to. It just seems not right to me. Why would you risk ruining your life for some cash. It is just asking for hurt feelings imo. Not worth it.
CantWait replied: Watched it, and I'm sorta a little shocked.
Sad really.
Crystalina replied: Yeah, it kinda makes you wonder who would ever agree to go on t.v. and do things like this. It takes all kinds to make the world go round I guess.
luvmykids replied: No, we'll be at wrestling practice. If we were home though, I really don't know, like Leanne said, some of the questions are really out there. I guess that is the point, but it also makes me wonder about the people on the show....I honestly can't think of anything I'd be afraid or embarrassed to answer truthfully.
lisar replied: I watched it loved it and would do it. I have nothing to hide from dh or anyone.
bawoodsmall replied: Watched part of it because dh wanted to. It was ok, not near as bad as I thought it could be. Good for you Lisa to being so open. There is still no way in HE.. I would do it just cuz I wouldnt want to hurt someones feelings.
stella6979 replied: Eh, I wasn't all that impressed. It was kind of boring actually. Of course, I'll probably watch it again just to make sure. LOL! I only wish they wouldn't take SO DANG LONG to tell you the answer! It annoys the crap out of me!!!!!
luvbug00 replied:
i wasn't thrilled with that show, lars loved it.
But his one i love. i love shock value I'd say all the politically incorrect things because honestly i have no issue with it. I'd die laughing at the dirty laundry questions.
redchief replied: I watched it. I was disappointed in the questions. I won't be watching it again. You all are right - the big money (not) reality show shtick is old.
