The kid at daycare CUT Kylie's hair!
coasterqueen wrote: The little boy at daycare SOMEHOW got ahold of scissors and chopped off a big portion of Kylie's hair on the side of her head. It probably isn't noticeable to most people but it's so noticeable to me.
gr33n3y3z replied: I'm sorry that happend
The good thing is it will grow But where was the teacher at?
kimberley replied: omg i'd be freaking out!! did she tell you how it happened? i'd be concerned how a kid got a hold of scissors long enough to do that. hope it grows back fast.
coasterqueen replied: Not really good news. If you knew how long it took Kylie's hair to grow just the SHORT length it is.....I have NEVEr had to cut her hair in three years, that's how slow her hair grows.
coasterqueen replied: The sitter and i had a long talk about the scissors issue, believe me.

mummy2girls replied: i would make the sitter pay for kylie to get her hair fixed at the salon. That happened at jens old daycare(not to jen) and the owner payed for the hair to get fixed.
3_call_me_mama replied: HUGS Karen. Cameron cut Kathleens a whiel ago and I'm still heart broken over it. he cut a big chunk right from teh front, that really isn't noticeable to anyone but i know it' sthere, especially EVERY time i try to put her hair up:( it will grow back , but it's not very comforting to hear. Maybe she can get a cute hat to wear:)
mckayleesmom replied: Sorry sweetie....I agree that a discussion about where the sissors are kept is in order, but I wouldn't be too hard on her...Kids fine EVERYTHING and they can usually get to stuff no matter how safe you think they are from them. I have to really watch Mckaylee now because she drags chairs, hampers anything she can stand on to get stuff she wants....including sissors out of the chopping block in the kitchen one time....Kids are like Hudini's on speed...
PhiMuMommy replied: i would be mad too but like you said maybe you only notice it because you knew how it looked before. just pull her hair up where it isn't as noticable.. i would have had a long talk wtih the daycare worker too though.. sorry hope it grows back as quickly as possible!
~Roo'sMama~ replied: (((HUGS))) Karen! I'm sorry that happend! I hope it grows back faster than normal.
Kaitlin'smom replied: OMG Karen I woud be devstated if something like that happend. I have also not cut one hair on Kait and she is almost 3. I am so sorry it happend. One of my friends her sister cut her hair off at the pony tail when she was little, talk about horrible.
ediep replied: awwww, so sorry.
3xsthefun replied: I'm so sorry. I would be mad too
Not really the samething, but some little girl that Kaitlynn use to ride bus with. The little girl stuck gum in Kaitlynn's hair and I had to cut it out. I wanted so badly say something to the girls mom but I didn't. Now I wish I had. Because it took awhile for her hair to finally grow some from where I had to cut it out.
Boys r us replied: Oh I am so sorry, I would be devastated!!
I'm sure the sitter feels horrible about it too..and let's face it...as far as the scissors go, it only takes about two seconds for something like that two happen and no one can be all places at all times.
Hillbilly Housewife replied: I'm sorry to hear that....
if it makes you feel ANY better, I was at my grandmother's not too long ago - there was over 20 adults there... next thig I know, one of them if yelling: where's mom? the boy has scissors in his hand....
so even with 20 + adults in the same room, Zach managed to find scissors and was sitting on a chair trying to cut his pants.
Brianne is right - kids are hudinis on speed.
A&A'smommy replied: OMG I think I would be pretty ticked!!!!!! And your always going to notice since its your child try not to worry too much or get her some cute little hats She is beautiful so its okay!!
luvbug00 replied: Oh I'd be livid!! I'd also have the caregiver or parent pay for a hair cut and tell them to put those sissors up higher!!
