You know I was having problems with them too, it wouldn't download the loop thing a second time, because the first time I was doing it and it just shut down on me. Then I found where it said Bucket Extras a place you can click on and it said make a Bucketfilm or Bucketclip or something like that, try clicking there. It saves to your photobucket account you shouldn't have to upload anything.
