Think I have a boys name picked out..

MyBrownEyedBoy replied: I don't like it. Having a last name for a first name makes things confusing, I think. And if you were going to call him Andy, why not just name him Andrew. I like the idea you had of using a family name. Are there any names further up the family tree that you and your DH like? I'm not meaning to diss your name, just throwing out my two cents.

mckayleesmom replied: I agree with Kelly......I knew a guy named David Anderson......so it seems backwards to me....But he is your child and it is your decision.

Our Lil' Family replied: I like it!!! I think it's very classic and traditional and those are the names I like best.

BabyOwen427 replied: I love it, and I think it is very unique. It may be a last name but so what... I got flack for naming ds Owen because it was my grandmother's last name and my dad is having trouble getting used to it being a first name. Go for it. Anderson is a great first name.
