This made my day...
Boo&BugsMom wrote: We have an exam doctor at the chiropractor's office where I work. He asked me how old I turned on Sunday so I turned around and asked him how old he thought I looked. He said he actually was quite surprised when I mentioned I had a husband because he thought I was young. So then he said he thought maybe early to mid 20's. When I told him I turned 31 and that I also had 2 children he looked shocked.
Oh, that made my day. To be so young again.
This helped me not to blow up at myself at Walmart after work as I went shopping for nearly an hour, then happened to realize I forgot my wallet at home when I got to the checkout. THAT did not make my day. But the above mentioning did.
MoonMama replied: Awww what a sweetheart.... But he's right you don't look anywhere near 31.
lisar replied: Glad he made your day. And the wallet thing. Sorry I know how you feel I have done it.
lovemy2 replied: Well at least you can say you were quite young when you developed Alzheimer's

Teesa®© replied: I can't buy my own cigarettes because no clerk thinks I'm old enough. I've walked in with all THREE children and still nada. My DH, one the other hand, can walk into ANYwhere and buy smokes. I'm SIX years older than him. He looks TWELVE when he shaves.
But yet, I can buy my own alcohol
Hillbilly Housewife replied: I always had a problemw ith people guessing my age. They either think I'm older because I'm married with 3 kids... or that I'm still in high school. I graduated 9 years ago!
Kaitlin'smom replied: glad he made your day, I am happy when I get carded when ever on the rare occasions I buy boose.
sparkys2boys replied: OHHH don't ya just love when that happens!!!! Sorry about the whole shopping thing though, that sucks
A&A'smommy replied: I agree you do look more like my age!!! I'm sorry i ALWAYS worry that i'm going to forget my wallet or check book when I go grocery shopping so I ALWAYS double check
Boo&BugsMom replied: He is in his 60's honey and he is an employee...we were having a conversation. Don't get all jealous now.
When I was younger this kind of thing would have bugged me. I went into Walmart one day (why am I always there??? )...anyways, I was about 24 and the guy at the register asked if I should be in school. What??? I said I'm all done with high school AND college and then he proceeded to tell me I looked like one of the seniors from the local high school that come in the store during lunch. I was mortified at the time.
Well, now that I'm 31 it really makes me happy.
TheOaf66 replied: dirty old man
Boo&BugsMom replied: Oh stop it!

Calimama replied: I get that too.
He's right though, you don't look 31!!
