Thoughts on Guest Posting

I have basicly come to the conclusion that I must block guests from posting. I know some of you log in as a guest at work but is there anyway around having to do that? Not sure if you know this but you can always check the NO box where it says "Remember Me" and it will force you to login everytime you come to the website (no login cookie will be stored), as long as you close your browser when you are finished.

I need your opinions on this. This was the first post in a long time I had to delete from a guest but I was not a happy camper when I logged in and read it. Some of you might of saw it.

Maybe I will leave guest posting availabe for now but if I see another post like that or having anymore problems, it will be disabled.

Kirstenmumof3 replied: I'm very glad that you deleted that post. I didn't think it was very apropriate. It is sad that this post will now make it harder for our memebers to post, but if it prevents spam like that from entering this board than I think it might be the best thing.

MomToJade&Jordan replied: I really think it's a good idea. I was actually on the board when that post was made and it really upset me. People who flame boards like that have no lives. I would have deleted the thing myself if I had known how so you guys wouldn't have awakened to that post.
