So that being said I am walking every day and hoping to lose some more weight and to get into better health all around. To many younger people are dying now adays and that scares me to no end. I want to be here for the boys always so am making it more possible by better choices and getting more active!!!!

sparkys2boys replied: Not charming likely.. its COLD here We have a wellness centre that has an indoor track or in the mall in the morning you can walk there.. there is alos a walking club there to. Today I went to the mall, but don't think I will go back there, alot of older people and I felt like I was being watched the whole time , was kinda uncomfortable Anyways I have vowed to get in better health!!
