Today is the big Day - Again

My2Beauties wrote: OK so this time there better be no surprises. We close on our house today at 5:00 pm. I'm so excited, I will finally be a homeowner. The issues that happened last time were cut out in stone this time and the seller's are fully aware of everything, last time even we didn't understand what was going on (agents, us or seller) so this time, no surprises and I'm so happy! They have to be out of the house by Sunday so we get to start moving next week.
