Todays the day! - back to work.

PrairieMom wrote: Well, I get to go back to work tonight. I feel like there is so much that I still have to do. I am NOT ready. It will be nice to get away from screaming baby, and bathroom wars with the The Boy tho! rolleyes.gif
I may be a little MIA for a while, My sister is comming to visit on Monday, and my house will be a DISASTER after DH's weekend alone with the kids! laugh.gif I'll try to peek in a little. wavey.gif

AlexsPajamaMama replied: Im sure the break will be nice, have a great time at work Tara and a nice visit with your sister!

PrairieMom replied:
I did. dry.gif I only got to take 8 weeks. At least I am only part time, so if I survive this weekend I won't have to do it for 2 more weeks! tongue.gif

We need a fingers crossed smilie for times like these.

BJ~Bre's Mommy replied: I know going back to work was the hardest thing for me. I know you will miss your children.

~Roo'sMama~ replied:

luvmykids replied: hug.gif I was looking at your bf ticker thinking "How has she been doing it that long? She just had her last week!" unsure.gif

siblingtooolivia replied: Good luck Tara....I don't know about you but working is a release to me so although you dread it at first once you are there all goes well!! As for DH and the kids, they gotta learn to survive with each other!!!!

KUP!

Halo42101 replied: Good luck going back to work, Tara. Hang in there. hug.gif

PrairieMom replied:
my job is so high stress that it isn't really a release for me. I acutally have a hard time leaving work at work and Always bring some of the emotions home. It usually sticks with me for a week or so. My job is really not for me. sleep.gif Oh well! We gotta eat right?! laugh.gif

7thHeaven replied:
It is sooo hard having to go back to work. Good Luck on your return!

8 weeks is really good, I only got 6 weeks after I had Sam!

MyLuvBugs replied: Good luck tonight and this weekend Tara. Hopefully your DH will make it through in one piece. hug.gif hug.gif hug.gif

boyohboyohboy replied: Good Luck at work tonight Tara! When I am up for the millionth time with Jake I will be thinking of you, and sending your DH some "get thru the weekend vibes". hug.gif

PrairieMom replied: I'm at work now, and I'm kinda laughing at my poor DH at home with the kids. We had a thunderstorm tonight complete with loud thunder and lightening. The Boy is so scared of stormes, so I KNOW he has been up, probably waking up the baby... I can't wait to talk to Dh and see how things went! laugh.gif

boyohboyohboy replied: Tara, I was wondering how the weekend went, with the thunderstorm, home alone with the girl, and the bathroom story with DH this weekend? Will you be returning to work in two weeks, or has DH decided to pay you to stay home?
rolling_smile.gif

Bee_Kay replied:
I stopped in to ask the exact same thing tongue.gif

PrairieMom replied:
what, if DH would pay me to stay home? laugh.gif I told him it was all his fault I had to go to work in the first place. laugh.gif he already works 7 days a week, sometimes until 2 in the morning, but if he would just work a little harder, I coudl stay home. rolling_smile.gif Actually, I can never leave my job. I have speciality training, and I need health insurance. growl.gif I think he has a new apprecieation for what I do now tho. thumb.gif
