How do you make a virgin margarita? I only ask because when I was pg with Macie I wanted a margaria sooooo bad, and a bar tender laughed at me for wanting a virgin one. He said if it's virgin, it's just sweet and sour and doesn't taste at all like a margarita. Is there a "virgin" mix or something?

Monica, I think you can just buy the mix that doesn't contain alcohol and stir it up with ice. On the Border puts out a margarita bucket in which the mix comes separate, you have to add the alcohol. I've never tried it this way but I can't imagine them being bad!

We had a lot of fun. I didn't end up doing the virgin margarita so I have no idea how they taste. They wanted the REAL THING! So, I obliged and they were SO good!

Monica, the recipe I had for virgin margaritas had Bacardi frozen concentrate, frozen limeade, Squirt, ice, water (I think that's it) I imagine it would be hard to make a virgin margarita taste good.
