Too casual for Easter? - dress opinion needed

Do you think this is too casual for Easter? I'm going to try to find her a new hairbow and shoes to go with it. I also picked up the sweater in the second link.

luvmykids replied: I love it, I get hung up on the "fancy" dress thing but have learned from experience that it's not so big a deal, I thought last year Kylie would be bummed once she saw all the other little girls decked out but she wasn't.

hoosier momma replied: It is a very cute dress, especially for the price. I think the sweater, nice shoes and a hair bow will dress it up a little and be perfect for Easter. Then she can wear it with simple sandals in the summer and be a little more casual.
