Took an EPT

luvmykids replied: I don't remember what I used but they were accurate, only because I was definitely pg (didn't test until about 11-13 weeks). I'd say try again in about a week, not because you're imagining it all but just because your cycle may be out of whack still and hard to tell when you're truly late or not, kwim?

Halo42101 replied: Thanks everyone and no I couldn't Lisa. I waited until what I thought was 5 days before. DH thought I should wait until Sunday but it was driving me nuts! Thank God this one came with 2 tests instead of 1.

Kaitlin'smom replied: give it more time, I know its hard to wait. Try first thing Sunday or even Monday moring if you can wait that long.

~Roo'sMama~ replied: I'm sorry, that's so frustrating. I took a first response about 3 or 4 days early with Andrew and it didn't show up positive. I'd wait another few days... I hope you get a BFP!!!

ZandersMama replied: try again soon hun, I took one and got a neg, 3 weeks later my jeans were real tight so i took another and it was positive lol I know its hard

MyLuvBugs replied: I have NEVER gotten a positive result from First Response, even when I was PG. They just never worked for me. I always use EPT (the white and purple ones), and everytime they've worked. Once I even took a First Response one, and later that same day took an EPT one. The FR one was neg...the EPT was positive....(that was with Lorelei).

Jackie012007 replied: I also used the expensive "early" POAS and never got a positive, even at a week late... got one VERY FAINTLY positive but started bleeding the next day, DR told me I was having a chem pg... I went home, shoved it out of my mind and continued planning for a tonsillectomy, even though my symptoms were increasing (thought it was all in my head too)... about 3 weeks later went in for my blood test for my surgery and got the surprise of my life when they told me I was pg!!! So hang in there! God works in mysterious ways!!!

PrairieMom replied: I used EPT before I missed my period and didn't have much luck. I finally used a digital one the day AF was due and got a real clear result.
