Tooth fairy talk

mom21kid2dogs replied: Going rate here is a buck a tooth. I didn't realize that when Olivia left her notes, she was supposed to write back . I told her she probably didn't want to linger because of the dog and that I'm not sure she brings anything to write with. Now O leaves a pencil with the note!

ZandersMama replied: With Zander I went way overboard i thought, because he had to get quite a few pulled. I think I ended up leaving 50$, but it was for 7 teeth that were pulled mama guilt at its best.

grapfruit replied: I used to get a 1/2 dollar. Sure it was only $.50, but it was neat b/c it was a coin I wasn't used to seeing...

luvmykids replied: We do $1 a tooth and a new toothbrush. Although when Colt lost six teeth within two months she stopped leaving toothbrushes

Oh-and just in case the tooth fairy ever forgets it's because they didn't brush their teeth good enough that night

This was so the truth with O, too! After the 1st one fell out, it seemed she was losing one every week for a while!

Ok, I definitely think we'll do the "cute special toothbrush" for the FIRST tooth only.

kimberley replied: my advice.. start low cuz the inflation on teeth, set by your kids and their friends, is insane!

the boys used to get a dollar or so.. whatever change i had.. and were happy with that. now.. they want $5 a tooth

MyBlueEyedBabies replied: We currently have a few $2 bills...they will all get that for the first tooth. After that if we can find more $2 bills we will do that for the rest...if not it will be $1
