Do you always have Trick-or-Treat this early? We usually have ours on Halloween night but this year they are moving it up a day. I don't know why.

Ours is always the weekend before Halloween in the daytime. They moved it 22 or 23 years ago when there was a totally unrelated to Trick or Treat double homicide in our county. Small town politics, ya know!
