As for me I am down 3.2 this week for a big grand total since starting ww of 40.2 pounds. Yahoo.
Where are the rest of you at??
A&A'smommy replied: WTG Terri !!!!!!!!!! i have to get a new scale mine is all scrooy and wrong everytime i use it so i dont have a clue if i have actually lost anything if its right i have lost a total of ten pounds which from last week is maybe 3 to 5 pounds!!! Dang scale it confuses the crap out of me!!!
booey2 replied: WTG - as long as the scale goes down it doesn't matter the numerical value.
Heck when we weigh in at the meetings we are happy for a .2 of a pound loss.
~CrazieMama~ replied: I agree with Jessica, I need a new scale. My scale at home I weigh 163 and the one at the grocery store I weigh 172. I have no idea how much I weigh now.... I am gonna get me a good scale now. I wish I could tell you all, but I really don't know.... Maybe a new scale will tell me. WTG booey!!!!!!
booey2 replied: Thanks, , I never trusted my scale at home and only use it for the kids. One day when I hit my ulitmate ww goal I will reset my scale to reflect it and then I know it will always be true.
MommyToAshley replied: Congrats Terri on being such a big LOSER!
I am the same as last week, but at least I didn't gain anything!
coasterqueen replied: Congrats Terri! That's awesome! Congrats Dee Dee for staying the same, better than going negative right?
Well, my scale said I lost 2 pounds since last week. But last week I gained 2.5 pounds from the week before. Grrr. I think I'm fluctuating big time! It's driving me
maestra replied: I'm at 279- dow 3 lbs from last week

Hillbilly Housewife replied: Oh woops! I forgot I was uspposed to post.
Last time, I weighed in at 183 or so...but we got a new scale monday night (digital, yay!) and I was at 188.8 so I don't konw if I gained weight, or if the other scale was off.
MomToJade&Jordan replied: I lost 1 lb. To me that's better then gaining, I'll just keep on trucking. Congrats to all of you other losers this week.
CantWait replied: WTG to all the "L" "Losers"
I'm the same, still 170.....however the last 3 days I've started portioning all my food properly instead of piling it on my plate and I'm eating six meals a day (breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack) and I'm still drinking lots of water. I haven't gone to the gym the last couple weeks, Anthony was sick last week so I had to stay home with him, Monday my mouth had a workout when I started talking to Robbie's friends mom who I saw there and dh was sick today so I had to take care of the baby
Next Tuesday I'm determined to see a change
jem0622 replied: I need to weigh myself ladies and tell you if I'm still stuck or progressing. Congrats to all of the "L"osers!
While I don't have a weight to submit with this post, I wanted to tell you that I decided to ditch my morning oatmeal (don't worry, it's still here if I need it) and try these muffins from an Atkins site. So I had two eggs and a 'Dobie' muffin this morning. If anyone is interested in the recipe then I'll post it. DH and I have also tried other Atkins recipes and they are yummy! (chili, asparagus/ham/cheese wrap, smoothie, meatloaf, and mock mashed potatoes (YUMMMMMY (and I hate cauliflower BTW)). LMK if you want recipes.
I feel very satisfied having had the breakfast that I did. I'm going to have a salad with a piece of steak cut up on it from last night's dinner for lunch today.
Edited to say that you should NEVER weigh yourself on a scale at the store. Especially if it's a demo or used by others (besides you) b/c usually the calibration is way off. So don't trust the accuracy of them!
