U/S Next week - What to see??

amynicole21 replied: You won't be able to see if it's a boy or girl, but you may be able to see the heartbeat and some wiggly arm and leg buds

mummy2girls replied: i had my first U/s with both kids at 7 in a half months and saw a itty bitty baby with a beating heart.... so im pretty confident you will see that baby!

When i had the scare last week i could not see anything and when i had the internal scan Craig could see but i was at such an angle that i could not even see the screen which upset me a little. and with the nurses attitude made me worse (hope i dont get her again)

kimberley replied: (((hugs))) sorry you had such a lousy nurse and didn't get to see the last scan. you should be able to see something at 7wks if they do a trans-vag but don't be totally alarmed if they don't. there are many circumstances where they can't see it but your healthy baby is doing just fine in there. good luck! let us know how it goes.

coasterqueen replied: You should be able to see a gestational sac, a teeny baby with leg/arm buds, the heart beating a mile a minute and a yolk sac . I had mine done at 7 weeks last week and that's what I saw.

We are very close in due dates. Mine is 4/14/05!

mama3x replied: I had both my u/s right at about 8 wks and I call it the "teddy bear view". That's about what the little one looks like, head and 4 nubbies. And most important and comforting of all, that heart beating a mile a minute.

You make sure the u/s tech shows you the monitor - all good ones will. Take care!

Starting to get so excited. Viewing a house on Monday night, we really want to move as soon as possible before i start to get a bit furhter down the line so we can settle down first before the baby comes along.

A&A'smommy replied: you should see a tiny something, I didn't get my first u/s until I was 12wks (also my first app.) I cried like a baby when I saw my baby girl.
