UPDATE - I got my raise

A&A'smommy replied: WOW that is really good for what your doing.. school systems in my opinion don't pay very good... I work at one and i have seen they way the do pay here actually I saw the who gets what and why today... it kinda sucks I'm hoping and praying Jeremiah will get administrative pay if he starts working for them in October I also work at the school but not for it so I get paid 11.00 an hour starting out... which SHOCKED me... I'm SOOOOOOO SOOOOOO glad you got your raise I think you deserve it!!!

Our school system starting pay for teachers base is 50 thousand
Our admin. makes almost 100 thousand a year.
He is retiring this summer his last Day is Aug something.
They hired a new Admin. to run both schools and they also hired a curriculum coordinator / disciplinairy they put the job out for 60 thousand and and will be paying her 80 thousand.

OMG your school pays SO much more than ours does starting out price for some with experience and a bachelors degree is like 40.000 and admins start out at like 65.000 now our superintendent (sp?) makes 92.000 plus benefits and traveling expenses I don't think he is going to get that type of position its likely for the future but who knows
