The color at the very top (yellow) was the color of her room. I couldnt' get the stepladder out with Lauren prowling around. She's too much of a monkey! :rollsmile: I think I'll be able to finish up by next weekend.

Oh, and I tried very hard to make sure it wasn't pepto bismol pink. It's the same color as the pink in the quilt that her great great grandma made. The quilt is the inspiration for the room. I plan to hang it on a wall or drape it on a chair.

PS - did you know that kids with yellow or orange rooms tend to be high-spirited? red rooms - the kids tend to be agressive, and with shades of blues the kids tend to be more mellow?

Maddie has been begging us to paint her room pink so pink it will be. It is currently yellow as well.

My room growing up was teh exact same color. Wel not really growing up.. more liek my paretns decided to redo my room when i was 13 as as a suprise (Boy was I suprised...... and ANGRY! I hated pink. But If I were 3 when they had done it I woudl have loved it !!)
