Update on me

I am feeling TONS better. I found out that I have severe allergies. Imagine that. If I take my allergy meds I feel fine...I don't get headaches and if I happen to have a headache, I'll take my meds and it disappears. I'm so glad I got that under control. This has helped my mood tremendously. I also have more energy. I think I got overheated a couple of weeks ago at Six Flags and it just took some time to recover. But, I'm back into the swing of things. I went to the gym last week and was fine and started back again this morning....I feel great.
Thanks for keeping me in your thoughts. I really appreciate you guys.

redchief replied: I KNEW IT!!! How? Because you sounded just like me! Aimee, I'm so glad you've gotten to the bottom of it all. As an old allergy sufferer, the best advice I can give is to take your meds, and if they seem to be less effective, let your allergist know right away. In my case I have to change my meds every half year or so because apparently my body gets "used to" the current regimen. Good luck on the management!
DansMom replied: Great to hear, Aimee! Yes, mild allergies affect quality of life for a lot of people and they don't realize it.
luvmykids replied: I'm glad it was so simple to take care of and that you're already feeling sooo much better!
