Final closing is on the 28th, but we probably won't move in until the following weekend. We want to have the carpets replaced on the 29th-30th.

Massive finished basement with a small office. The house was a foreclosure so some work is needed, but we got it for so much less than anything else we saw. Even after the repairs are done, it will still have cost less and is bigger than the others.

I could go on and on about how much we love this house, but I'll shut up now.
