Are you on a Mac or PC? If you are on a Mac, you may have to download Windows Media Player. If you are on a PC, then I am not sure what is wrong... I will consult with TLCDad though. Maybe you can try downloading the file first and then playing it...if you really want to see it.

TLCDad replied: If you have a PC and you get errors or can not see the video then make sure you have the latest version of Windows Media Player installed. I believe version 9 is the latest but Version 8 should work just fine.
