We are home.... - THANK YOU ALL!!!!!!!

He still has a very long fight ahead of him to return to the sweet healthy and active little brother we all love so much. He has made amazing progresses in the few days we were there. He does know who we are and he has spoken a few words on several different occasions. He said Macaroni when I asked him what he wanted to eat most of all. He has begun to try and chew. He went to music therapy class but had a spike in blood pressure that was a bit scary. It is so hard to watch and celebrate small movements and one word replies from a child who just days ago had one of the best vocabularies I have ever heard in a 7 year old. I want to Thank you all so much for the constant prayers and inquiries about Nolan! I wish I could have updated more but the days just blended into eachother. He will remain in the hospital until at least Tuesday but the doctors feel he is on his way to recovery and the threat on his life in gone now. I wish I could tell you each in person how very much the prayers and love that you sent means to me and our family! I would love to be able to hug each one of you! I will keep you all updated as I know more and as Nolan continues to improve, as I know he will! How can he help but do so with all this love and prayer on his side!?!

ANYWAY, I'm so glad he's on the road to recovery, I know you must be emotionally and physically exhausted but what GREAT news that he may even be going home soon...Praise God! We will continue to pray for all of you
