We got a date night last night - and family photo

We weren't even sure where to go then Dh came up w/a WONDERFUL idea of going to our favorite pub for our favorite appetizers and some drinks. I had 2 frozen amaretto sours. Then we went to see The Chronicles of Narnia. I wasn't so sure about seeing that movie because it really didn't interest me but I knew Dh wanted to see it and since he came up w/the great idea of going to our favorite pub (which I totally forgot about) then I thought we'd see his movie. We never get to go to that particular pub for dinner anymore because it allows smoking and we don't take our kids anywhere that doesn't have a non-smoking section. Anyways, the movie was REALLY good. I think I liked it more than Dh did.

So we had a wonderful 4 hours together. It was nice to get away together. We haven't had that in a VERY VERY long time.

Also, here is our family photo from NYE. Not a great one of me, but oh well.

We also want to see that movie, Chronicles of Narnia. I'm glad you liked the movie, makes me want to get a babysitter tonight! And having a few drinks together sounds fun too!

Thanks Kelly. You know I see myself losing weight everywhere EXCEPT my face. I'm so critical of my face and it seems to be the LAST thing to lose weight. I guess it's just because I have that baby face look that just never wants to go away.

jcc64 replied: Glad you had a nice night together. My co-worker's dd did the computer animation/simulations for several characters in "Narnia", including the centaurs, lion, and cheetah. It took YEARS to complete the work for that movie.
Your family (including you) looks beautiful. It's obvious you've lost alot of weight- you should be proud of yourself.
