We lost our baby (m/c, loss ment)

Yesterday at 3am I woke up and there was enough that it would have soaked a pad. Called the OB office (I had an appt yesterday am). Sure enough, we could not find a h/b on the doppler or the u/s. Had an official u/s and the fetus measured just under 14w. Not sure why. I had a D&C yesterday and DH is home this weekend. So that helps.

This was so unexpected, but I am grateful for the boys. They keep my spirits up and remind me that God has graced me with healthy babies.

I do need to be healthier before starting over again. I was at my heaviest with this pregnancy. And I am going to definitely wean Gabe so that I can have regular cycles.

We may never know what caused all of this, unfortunately.

I am so sad for you! you are not alone sweetie, I two had spotting with my first m/c after my son{I had one before my son also} then turned heavier and went into a m/c, the shock, grief was overwhelming. this m/c to was unexpected as just the day before we saw the heartbeat on the ultrasound and was told so far it was a vaiable preg. no one can possiably imagine the extent and pain of that kind of deep grief, but those of us who have been there as well as those of us who have not can offer our love, support and hugs. I wish I could hug you right now honey! I know that kind of pain I am so so sorry!!!!
