We made Florida Snowmen tonight

C&K*s Mommie wrote: The girls and I made some Florida Snowmen tonight, using a recipe found on Food and Family.com that I tweaked a little. Instead of the cool whip as suggested, I used marshmellow fluff, and instead of the chocolate pudding I used cookies and cream pudding.

I did not realize the fluff would drop with gravity, so instead of obvious snowballs for the snowman's body we ended up with melted "snow" hence the Florida Snowman. Christian is the sweets lover, so she was gobbling hers up. Kellie is not a sweets lover, so she barely touched hers.

I am having trouble with the usb cable for my camera, so I cannot upload the pics of the finished craft, but I will post it later when I get the pics uploaded.

mckayleesmom replied: Awww...those are cute. We made rice krispy treats tonight and I was going to drop some by your house tomorow.....but they didn't turn out either ...and they taste like burnt marshmellows...


This is the first time I have ever made them....who knew that I couldn't?

This is what I want to try next weekend with the girls. That is if I can find the white chocolate Oreos (I saw them about a month or so ago, and have not seen them since) They are called Rum Tum Drums

I have those and others in my recipe box, but some were under the search list of Especially for Kids then under Desserts.
I think the Pebbles Snowman was under Cookies/Cakes/Other than under No Bake Cookies/Bars.
