We made Gingerbread Man Cookies - Pics inside.

I showed Ashley how to roll out the dough once, and then she did it on her own and cut them out herself too. It was so cute, I wish I had thought to take pictures while she was making them.

And, of course her favorite part was "decorating" them, aka eating icing. LOL!

I am not much of a baker myself. I actually had to ask someone in the store where to find dark molasses. But, it was a fun thing to do with Ashley. She loves to try to help cook... she'll pour the stuff in and mix things up. And, of course, she always loves to icing and decorate baked goods.

They don't look like the ones in the picture (not even close ), but it was all about spending some time with Ashley.
