Kaitlin'smom wrote: Well I must say I am a bit dissapointed I droped 1/2lb. but I guess thats not to bad since I kinda blew some of the eating over the weekend, but no more I have to get at least 10lbs or more off, its driving me nuts.

On the positive I am starting to be less hungry which is good, that will deffinalty help, I hope.

so my ticker will stay the same sad.gif

How did you do?

MomToMany replied: thumb.gif I've lost 2 pounds!!! YAY!!!

Kaitlin'smom replied: thumb.gif WTG MOLLIE!

booey2 replied: Won't know til tonight so will post my results then. Congrats to you both on you losses, keep up the good work. thumb.gif

mammag replied: I lost 1 pound this week. That seems to be the trend for me. Which is actually good because if you keep it to 1 to 2 pounds a week you're not losing muscle so I feel good. That brings me to 13.5 pounds left to lose.

Hey, every 1/2 lb helps. Better than gaining weight! thumb.gif

thumb.gif Great job Mollie!!!

mckayleesmom replied: Im checking in FAT. wavey.gif

booey2 replied:
rolling_smile.gif rolling_smile.gif Ha, Ha, Ha, you make me laugh, my co-workers think I am nuts sitting here laughing at the puter. rolling_smile.gif rolling_smile.gif

ammommy replied: No weight loss, but I can now get the next size skirt on (it doesn't fit, but I can get it on). I've been consistantly working out for the last 2.5 weeks and am starting to see muscle under that fat rolling_smile.gif .

Kaitlins'mom---a half pound is still a loss! Those half pounds add up quickly.
WTG to everyone else who lost! Keep it up thumb.gif

Kaitlin'smom replied:
thanks.....its just hard espically when I am hungry for all the wrong things and the things that I got (healthy) just dont satisifes me so then I want more....so now I am trying to find something to distract myself

coasterqueen replied: horray.gif WTG everyone! horray.gif

Maddie&EthansMom replied: Checking in at 2 pounds down 18 to go!!! redbounce.gif I'm so happy to be a loser!! biggrin.gif Congrats to all the other losers! thumb.gif Di, half a pound is GREAT! Atleast you didn't plateau. Keep your chin up and keep working. Maybe add a little more walking to your routine and that will break you through this week.

booey2 replied: Okay checking in after my meeting, I am down 3.2 this week, just gotta remeber my password to change my ticker. That's 5 in 2 weeks. Gonna keep on doing what I am doing and I should start to phsyically see some results real soon.

Maddie&EthansMom replied:
WTG Terri!!! horray.gif You are such an inspiration!!! I'm so proud of you! thumb.gif

Kaitlin'smom replied:
WOO HOO WTG!

booey2 replied: Thank you both very much. blush.gif My DH (not so dear right now) didn't even ask how I did last night, so I appreciate your comments very much. I have also not told my mother or other family members that I am back on track so it will be nice to see their reactions in a few months time.

Thanks again

A&A'smommy replied: I'm checking in a 198 and I hope to loose 30lbs (actually I have too) its going to be REALLY hard considering I'm ADDICTED to mountain dew sad.gif anyway congrats to everyone that lost weight! thumb.gif

Maddie&EthansMom replied:
You can do it, Jessy! Hang in there! It will become second nature in no time. thumb.gif

Kaitlin'smom replied:
really try the diet version, it was the first Diet drink my DH could take and he swore he would never drink diet cause he hated the after taste. He lost 20lbs for switching from reg pop to diet.....it can really help cutting just those calories.

Good luck we are all hear for you.

ammommy replied: The diet really isn't too bad, if you keep it cold. Good luck and take it a couple of pounds at a time. You can do it thumb.gif
