Weekend Plans?
BAC'sMom wrote: Anybody have any exciting weekend plans?
moped replied: Stampede time around here so it has been crazy everyday including this weekend! I will be so glad when it is over!
TheOaf66 replied: well I am going to start prepping my Demolition Derby car, my favorite time of year I might add
coasterqueen replied: Yard work, yard work, yard work.
Oh and swimming, swimming, swimming...I hope.
Nothing exciting.
C&K*s Mommie replied: A local fave The Blue Angels will be flying over the beach this weekend. They have two shows a yr, once over the beach and the other over the naval base in the fall. We hope to go to the beach to see them. As a secondary plan, we want to go to a water park/amusement park too. Not sure which one yet. Or even take off and visit with Chris' family. Anything but stay indoors this weekend.
What are your Jimmie?
JP&KJMOM replied: I have exciting plans!
C&K*s Mommie replied: well do share!
PrairieMom replied: I figured I would get little or no sleep, nurse a baby about ever 2-3 hours, deal with a rabid Toddler, Get screamed at by a crabby baby, all while trying to keep my house is some sort of working order. Come on weekend! For some reason things are always worse when DH is home. He interupts our routine.
MyBrownEyedBoy replied: Work, work and more work. I am scheduled to be at the hospital.
BAC'sMom replied: Yes, dear do share your EXCITING plans or do you want me to share them for you?
JP&KJMOM replied: Well I am sending JP with Jason out of town to fish all weekend and Karlee is staying with my parents all weekend. Humm sounds like I will be all alone this weekend. No DH and no kids.
BAC'sMom replied: Wow me too...hey maybe you and I should get together? What do you think?
C&K*s Mommie replied: oh, Jimmie? You may find that you love being without the kids and DH and stay away much longer than planned... so be sure to write home!
JP&KJMOM replied: Oh what a great idea!!!
coasterqueen replied: You crack me up. And I agree about DH's, I'm still trying to get back to some normalcy after Dh was gone for 3 months and he's been back home for 6 months. For some reason things ran SO much smoother and 'routine-like' while he was gone. Now it's utter chaos.
BAC'sMom replied: I guess the cat is out of the bag now!
garrettsmom replied: It's our 5 year anniversary Friday, so a good friend of mine is taking Garrett Friday and Saturday night , and DH and I have dinner reservations at a very nice restaurant Friday, then are staying at a local resort until Sunday. And we'll be cruising around in a friends Jaguar
