coasterqueen replied: I stayed the same. AF is still here. I'm semi-bloated. I've caved to all my cravings with AF so I'm extremely happy to still be the same weight as last week.
I swear with AF each month I go two steps forward and one step back which makes the weight loss efforts that much slower.
I'll take it though.
Sarah&Mackenzie replied: I have been on such a roller coaster these past few weeks that I haven't even been weighing myself. I am going throught eating a lot one day and barley eating the next. So I am going to take time off for a bit. Good Luck to everyone else hope you are all LOSERS!!!!
Kaitlin'smom replied: I am down 1/2 lb not much but better than a gain. Time warm Prom is next weekend so I want to drop a few more so the dress is comfortable. Plus I have all these spring/summer pants that are to snug. I refuse to buy new ones, these have NEVER been warn. so my goal is to get into them and breath. Plus if I do get into them then I can shop for new tops.
MomToJade&Jordan replied: I managed to lose a pound even though AF arived yesterday morning. So hopefully next week will be a bigger loss.
I've been caving to all of my AF cravings to Karen that's why I was so excited to see I was one pound less this week. LOL

booey2 replied: Congrats to all the maintianers and losers and to all who aren't liking their scales right now remember, 1 off weigh in will not sabotage your progress, chin and learn from what you did differently this week and next week will be even better. I am not weighing in as I don't own a scale and refuse to go back to ww but I am back on track and working out again. Last night I did 1.7 miles on my gazelle and got in some other activity that WW even counts towards my activity points. I am in a good place today and want to share it with everyone here.
Hillbilly Housewife replied: I have no idea what I was the last time I weighed in - I don't even remember when it was.
But I weighed 188.4 this morning on the scale.
Maddie&EthansMom replied: Down 3.8 lbs this morning. My weight is still fluctuating. I was one pound less yesterday than I was today. I'm back at the gym full time, too. AF is on her way OUT!
Congrats everyone! It sounds like it was a good week! Keep up the good work! Terri SO happy you are in a great place right now. 
This week I'm going to continue doing what I did last week. I really think it's working for me. As far as what I'm doing....
*Making healthy choices *Drinking only water (1.5 weeks of drinking nothing but water...GO ME!) *Cut portion sizes in half (this on top of eating healthier has made a huge difference...I eat slow and really listen to my stomach tell me when it's full...I just can't eat near as much as I used to.) *No eating after 8. I normally don't eat a thing after 7, but 8 is my deadline just in case I have a busy day and end up cooking later or something.  *Gym 4-5 times a week.

redchief replied: I haven't weighed in... on purpose. I'm working on muscle tone right now and as my energy level increases, so will my intensity. My muscles are toning nicely and I got all the way through two Billy Blanks Ultimate Boot Camp workouts last week, along with one Basic and two Abs workouts. I've been at it now for a month. I didn't want to post in case I stopped after two weeks like the last three times I tried cardio workouts. I'm in it for the long haul though, so I thought I'd start posting here.

My goal for next week is to stay clear of fast food places. No junk during the week.

Terri - I'm so happy to read that you are in a great place now. Stay focused. 
Ed - that is awesome. Keep up the great work. I LOVE Tae bo. I'd do it every night if I could but when I do that I tend to bulk up too much. So I have to add the treadmill in there too. I LOVE his cardio dvd a lot, but I think I've done it so much I'm getting bored so I need to find a new one.
