Well I am back - and it AIN'T purty!

Try this.... get yourself some mousse, root lifter and some hair wax (or pomade) and a large barrel curling iron.

You really can work with that haircut Can you post a pic of it not tucked?

I'm sorry though, it's miserable when you hate your hair. But I have to agree with Barb, I think you could do a lot while it grows out. Sorry you got such a bum salon though!

My stylist is actually REALLY great at colors if you are interested. Just don't let her cut your hair ok? SHe sucks at cuts but is wonderful at colors!

I like it. But, yes, if it's bothering you get the mousse out and the big barrel curler like Barb said.

I think after the shock wears off, you'll grow to love it! (no pun intended!) I get like that after I cut a few inches off, and I usually end up loving it. And I'm sure you're gonna love how easy it is to style, and it's a wash & go hair-cut, gotta love that!

punkeemunkee'smom replied: Girl I should have taken a pic of when I got up this morning! My hair is really curly and it was sticking straight up! It is gonna be fine though-you are all right it is just going to take some getting used to I am acually really OK with the length and I want to find someone else ( in awhile) to try to get the right shape to it but I think I will keep it about this length maybe a little longer but not much I am going to enjoy short hair Thank you all so much again!!! I would have shaved my head and started all over without you all!

MyBrownEyedBoy replied: Don't shave your head. What if you have funky moles or freckles all over your scalp that you don't know about? Then you'd have to wear hats until it grew out and Texas is too hot for hats, if you ask me.

Seriously, I can't add more than anyone else here already has said. I like it, it suits your face and short hair can be so much more easy to care for. I love mine. You will get used to it, it can just be a shock. And I'm never getting my hair cut at that place, ever.
