Well checkups

mom21kid2dogs replied: Olivia didn't go from 3 to 5. she went at 5 for school immunizations. I doubt she'll go again unless she needs medical care or her 12 year old immunizations~whichever comes first. Of course, we're self insured with a 5K deductible so that certainly is a factor in preventative health care.

I knew Ben would be needing a bunch of shots for kindergarten, so we did one at his 4 year, another one when he went in for pink eye and one one other time, so when he had his 5 year appt he only needed a few. I am really glad we did it that way, since he ended up reacting to one of the shots, and his leg swelled up. He felt so yucky he couldn't get off the couch for a day and a half!
