We're back... - not to happy right now.

Apparently the area our cottage is in is at the base of a mountain in a gully so the high winds blew over top of our cottage but the neighbours around us got blown about pretty bad. DH has all out pics downloaded I just have to get them resized and post some either later today or tommorow. We are all really tired and disappointed that we couldn't stay the whole week, will give more details later, I have a ton of laundry to do and gotta go get groceries as there is no food here. We are all safe now but Wednesday night was quite scary.

booey2 replied: Thanks everyone, it seems like they will be without power up in the area we were for at least a couple of days to weeks. The kids are happy to be home and were ready to get home. We have sent off an email to book it again for next year. I am waiting on DH to burn a cd with all the pics so I can re-size and post some here.
