We're in for it AGAIN!

We haven't had a good snow in YEARS! We had that ice storm a few years ago that knocked out power for a week, but I want SNOW, REAL SNOW. I wouldn't mind 18 inches myself at this point if we'd just have SOME!!!

But alas, today it's warm enough for tee shirts, I'm sitting here looking at the Christmas tree with the windows open *sigh*... I'm thinking of going out to wash my car...

So I'll pray for you that the snow ends soon there and that you don't get as much as anticipated... but please try and send a little bit to Kentucky (Lexington, not the other parts, they always get snow!).

PrairieMom replied: We haven't had much here either. just a little dusting a few times. Its always melted off right away. We usually have some by now, the temp has been hanging at high 30's low 40's all month. Its not fair that you have to get all the snow for everyone. I can do with out it, but you can send some my way anyway.

Okay, so I got out today, but over the past two weeks, we've only been to the store a few times and that's it! So yes, I will send it all your way........................SNOW VIBES!!!! I would prefer shorts and a cold beer right now! And I would love to get Wil to the park! It's coming down pretty hard right now! DH better get home quick...

We don't get snow here in Louisville neither I actually want some myself. You're right, the last good snow we had was a couple years ago when we got about 4 inches - that did nothing but make driving treacherous because unless theres literally a couple feet on the ground it seems like businesses could care less how you get there, they stay friggin open and you can't even enjoy it. The last good snow was when we had that 16 inches back in 1994 I believe it was, I was 14 years old. We got off school for like a whole week.

We've been outside since 9 am this morning and it's so lovely outside you don't need a coat and I was sweating! While I love the warm temps I really would like to see some snow on the ground before putting my Christmas outside lights away. Come on, share!!!!

mom2my2cuties replied: Awww man you guys...I feel so badly for you. Perhaps this is why there is an influx of new babies in the late summer/fall in Colorado!

How much longer before you guys are able to get out? I would be going insane with a small baby and being trapped in the house.

MyBlueEyedBabies replied: We technically can get out of the house...there's just nowhere to go and because of the wind it's bitter cold so going outside really isn't a good option.

And Johnny was born in August...9 months after November...the busiest month the hospital here has EVER had for babies being born...yes it was a cold November last year
