What a bad day! - Hey guys, I'm new here....

I realize none of that is life-shattering, ESP. the photo contest, but GEEZ I am ready for something good to happen today. :-)

CAMSMOM1 replied: Oh I'm sorry sweetie. I know how those days are like, they seem like they'll never end. Cameron has had pink eye, twice, and that's no fun. He had the flu for a week, throwing up everyday a few times a day, ear infections, or yes...I've been there and back. It's good to vent and get it out. Sometimes it feels like you're going to burst. We're all here for you. I'm so glad you joined us, and I hope things get better soon. Glad she's watching Barney, that's always a good sign she's feeling better. Hopefully you both get a good nights' rest and feel better in the morning. Just take it one day at a time.

I'm not so much into baby ocntests, but I REALLY want the prize. It's a huge canvas picture. One of my friend's won one and I wanted it SO badly, but hubby didn't want to spring for it.

I've been a member of a few online parenting boards and had to leave one because the members were ugly to each other. It seems like everone is supportive here.

Did I mention that when we were at the doctors she waited until right before he came in to poop one more time? That was the fourth of the dr. visit and I was out of diapers. It SO wasn't pretty.

luvmykids replied: Oh boy do I feel for you! I can honestly say when I'm sick are the hardest days to be a mom, hands down! Just do what you have to in order to get by until you're feeling better. Glad you joined us and are liking it so far!

I'm feeling a whole lot better. It's not so much that I feel BAD, just weak I guess? Like I can't get off the couch? Right now I don't have the energy to go to bed. That's kinda odd, huh?

The photo contest Tori is in is the photowow. I posted the link a few posts up if you want to vote. Of course we'd appreciate it. It's close between her and another little girl. I always swore I would never enter her in one of those things, but then one of my friends won a canvas and boy, are they pretty. I guess never say never. Tori and another little girl have been tied almost all day. Ah, may the best man win. LOL

I really want to say thank you again for how welcome I feel here. This is wonderful!
