What adult things do your kids say? - Spinoff
luvmykids wrote: Macie has recently started saying "Ouch, that had to hurt!" and "Oh. My. Gosh".
Kylie says "Whatever!" (not to me, of course!) and "You have got to be kidding me", Colt says "Whats up?" and "Yo" and "Who's your daddy?"
And they all say "No way!" and "Who's leg are you trying to pull?"
Calimama replied: " I stoked" , "not now" and she sticks her hand up, "what are you DOING?", "take a BREF (breath)
Sam & Abby's Mom replied: I'll tell you the g-rated stuff my 3yr old says. LOL Sammy says: Mom! Abby is working my nerve! Cool! Actually,,,,,,,,,(then he proceeds to correct you)
Those are just a few off the top of my head.
~Roo'sMama~ replied: "oh my goodness" and "oh my gosh" "dang it" and he just started saying "Oh crap!"
He also says stuff like, "I have to go check something" and "I'm busy right now".
Brias3 replied: My kids say "fair enough" alot and also "I suppose so" or "I imagine that would..."
Ryan's the best for this type of thing- he seriously has me rolling sometimes. A few weekends ago, Bruce took them to see The Pirates Who Don't Do Anything while I was spending the day with my sister and he was telling me about the movie later and how he wanted me to see it too. He was going on and on about it and finally just said, "Mom, I can't even explain it. It's just that the message was so touching."
mckayleesmom replied: Mckaylee says "rediculous"....or when Russell is crying or whining she says "Russell...its not neccessary" or "is that really necessary"?.....She got it from me though.
Russells new word is "Awesome"......Everything is AWESOME...Yesterday he said "I look totally awesome mommy"
MoonMama replied: Braedin says "not ok", "doggy get down" "bad oice" (choice).
ETA: I forgot his newest one is "O-uh you do tha?" (why would you do that?). I ask him and DH that.
Teesa®© replied: I just woke up and my brain isn't working quite yet, but off the top of my head:
DS: "Well! I didn't see THAT coming!" DS: "Why don't you just Google it, Ummy?"
DD: "Don't even GO there!" DD: "You know we can't get those, you know we can't afford it." [that always just breaks my heart ]
sparkys2boys replied: Both of them say frig and get in trouble for it..lol.. what the heck is common here to
Teesa®© replied: I hope I can remember all of it....
I stubbed my toe while getting clothes for the children this morning. Kicked the darn vacuum - should have left it downstairs to trip over while stalking stalkers who ring bells at 5am . I hobbled to my bed and sat down and both asked if I was OK. I said I didn't know, hadn't looked yet. DS asked if I would be able to walk them to school and I said, "Maybe, but it'll probably be slow going." DS said, "Oh no! Now we'll be late!" and DD says, "It's OK, it's Ummy's little piggy that's important right now." [ ]
Then they both went on about how I'm important and how much they love me and each other, and daddy, and how much daddy loves them and then DS says, "I just love all the people that I love!"
So they're professing how much they love me and I'm sitting here typing all this out before I forget... I should be making their lunches and snacks for school and getting them ready because we have to walk out the door in one minute now
PrairieMom replied: " I am NOT impressed" he uses words like actually, meanwhile, apparently "I have had enough"
luvmykids replied: I forgot about that one....Macie tells the twins that all the time "I have had enough of the fighting" or "I have had enough of your attitude"
ZandersMama replied: MaMa, don't do that to the baby, you know he no like that!
my mamas the best
make sure you wipe the babys bum good so he doesnt get a rash (that comes from me trying to get him to wipe his bum )
Calimama replied: Those are hilarious!
