What are your exercise plans for today?

At nap time, I'm doing the Firm super body sculpt tape. Tonight in front of What Not to Wear, I'll do abs and lunges.

mommymonster replied: Kids just left for school, so I am going to walk.....right up to my comfy bed and sleep! There I will dream of doing yoga on a warm sunny beach on some tropical island I could only dream of going to! tongue.gif I am a night owl and have not been asleep yet from yesterday wacko.gif

My3LilMonkeys replied: Done! I did 20 min. of Power Yoga, then about 10 min of Power Pilates (it's a 20 min. session but I just can't handle all 40 min yet biggrin.gif ). Now I'm taking 5 min to drink my water before I hop in the shower, then it's off to work!

coasterqueen replied: Hmmm, well I can't do anything during the day because of work and I usually take Friday and Saturday off. BUT if I feel like it tonight I will do 44 minutes of Tae Bo Cardio. Friday night is our dinner night so it really does depend on when we get home, but I am going to try real hard tonight to do something.

I started my period yesterday and I am SO BLOATED TODAY! blink.gif bawling.gif It will go away...eventually and I know working out is best for me. I'm going to go to the gym.

So, actually...thanks for posting this and motivating me to go. blush.gif hug.gif

Maddie&EthansMom replied: Okay, I got in 45 mins of cardio (15 mins treadmill, 30 mins elliptical and challenged myself by doing a higher level cool.gif ) I also did 30 mins of strength training and challenged myself there as well. I used heavier weights and really pushed myself to do more reps. wink.gif
