At nap time, I'm doing the Firm super body sculpt tape. Tonight in front of What Not to Wear, I'll do abs and lunges.
mommymonster replied: Kids just left for school, so I am going to walk.....right up to my comfy bed and sleep! There I will dream of doing yoga on a warm sunny beach on some tropical island I could only dream of going to! I am a night owl and have not been asleep yet from yesterday

My3LilMonkeys replied: Done! I did 20 min. of Power Yoga, then about 10 min of Power Pilates (it's a 20 min. session but I just can't handle all 40 min yet ). Now I'm taking 5 min to drink my water before I hop in the shower, then it's off to work!
coasterqueen replied: Hmmm, well I can't do anything during the day because of work and I usually take Friday and Saturday off. BUT if I feel like it tonight I will do 44 minutes of Tae Bo Cardio. Friday night is our dinner night so it really does depend on when we get home, but I am going to try real hard tonight to do something.

booey2 replied: I am not sure if I will get to exercise tonight but I am going to try and get on the gazelle and maybe, maybe try the new Richard Simmons DVD if I can get the kids to leave me alone for a while. Can't do much during the day as I am at work right now.
Maddie&EthansMom replied: You would post this today. I was just sitting here (in my workout clothes) thinking about how badly I wanted to just stay HOME and skip the gym today. 
I started my period yesterday and I am SO BLOATED TODAY! It will go away...eventually and I know working out is best for me. I'm going to go to the gym.
So, actually...thanks for posting this and motivating me to go.

A&A'smommy replied: I'm going to do my 2 5minute sessions on my gazelle
Maddie&EthansMom replied: Okay, I got in 45 mins of cardio (15 mins treadmill, 30 mins elliptical and challenged myself by doing a higher level ) I also did 30 mins of strength training and challenged myself there as well. I used heavier weights and really pushed myself to do more reps. 
So, there ya go! I'm feeling really good about going! Thanks for the motivation.
