What could this be??
sparkys2boys wrote: Logan just came hom from school and said he needed the bathroom to pee BADLY, he went and not even two mins after he came down he said mom it feels like I need to go again, which he did. I never thought much of it til he came back again and said it STILL feels like I need to pee more. I went to the bathroom with him and he pee's like two drops again. He says it doesn't hurt to pee and he feels fine except the urge to go? Which he still has. WHat do you think should I be taking him to the doctor in case of a bladder infection?
Kentuckychick replied: I would watch him for a little while and see what happens. You said he came home and had to go really bad so it could be that he held it so long that now he's having trouble letting it all out (I don't know if you've ever done that before... but I have and it's no fun!) Otherwise, if it continues I'd make a call to the doctor just to make sure everythings okay down there!
A&A'smommy replied: sounds like a bladder infection to me!!! ick
Hillbilly Housewife replied: Yeah it's happened to me if i hold it too long...
sparkys2boys replied: Yea that may be it because he hates to ask to go to the bathrrom in school to. I will wait til after supper and see how it goes.. thanks you guys!
mckayleesmom replied: Try getting him to drink something with cranberry in it.
lisar replied: Same problem here.
sparkys2boys replied: I value my life to much to bring this up to him
mummy2girls replied: yes i would take him. jenna gets those all the time. and the urdge to always want to go is a sign. plus with kids it spreads to the kidneys so fast so they need to be on meds as soon as possible if it is baldder infection
3xsthefun replied: I would take him in. Sounds like a bladder infection to me.
My3LilMonkeys replied: ITA. It can't hurt to have him checked.
redchief replied: I agree with the others. If his bladder was bursting full, it's quite possible that it was spasming after he released his urine. This is a basic and normal thing for guys and girls. The bladder will stretch as much as it can within it's confines, but will try to shrink to a "normal" size after voiding... Those spasms are basically the same that give you that "I gotta go" feeling.
As long as it doesn't last into tomorrow I wouldn't be too concerned.
mom2my2cuties replied: I had this problem when I was passing a kidney stone while I was pregnant with Lizzy. I didn't have any pain, just a constant urge to go and they said that it was the pressure of the stone on my body (it was a few months ago I forget exactly how he explained it) but it landed me in the hospital for 2 weeks.
Calimama replied: I hope he's feeling better and it's not anything serious. KUP!
