What do the kids wear to bed?

My girls wear over-sized t-shirts. They also have some old cotton shorts and sweatpants.
My boys wear stained t-shirts and sweatshirts....and cotton shorts or sweatpants.
I just can't get myself to pay $10-20 for a pair of "PJs"....when I can buy sweats for $3 and reuse stained clothing.
coasterqueen replied: Kylie usually wears nightgowns (sometimes pj shirt and bottoms) and Megan wears some sleepers and some pj shirt/bottoms.
Almost all of Megan's pj's are handme downs from Kylie, any new ones she received as gifts.
Kylie's gowns are always onsale gowns from Walmart and the ones that are not (Cinderella) I got on sale or were given to her as gifts.
Also a lot of the handme downs from Kylie were gifts or gotten from consignment shop. I don't pay regular price for things.
Momof3inMe replied: With summer almost here and the kids all sleep up stairs and it gets warm the boys sleep in boxers or shorts and Em will wear t shirts or what ever.
My mom is good about buying my kids PJ's b/c I dont like to spend the money on them!

Russell usually just wears sweats of some sort....He actually only owns 2 pairs of pj's.

MIL got him 7 pairs of those footy pjs for winter and I just got him two pair of spring jammies that are pants and short sleeved shirt.
luvmykids replied: In winter they wear the footed ones but now they just wear whatever, t shirts, sweats, shorts, etc. Colt is going through a sleeping naked phase

A- night gown
C- over sized t-shirt
amynicole21 replied: Usually a t-shirt and shorts or cotton pants in the summer. In the winter I have always bought new (or used Sophia's hand-me-downs for Nora).

Jamison'smama replied: We are a pajama family. Jamison has gowns and regular pjs Jack has mostly Old Navy 2 piece jammies.

KingMom replied: Colin wears the Carter's 2 piece jammies or other brands majority of the time. If he's way to hot, just a t-shirt and diaper but that only happened when our AC was out last summer.
We also get a lot of pj's from my mom, she gets them at Family Dollar a lot of time.

I usually by pajamas on sale, I ownt pay $20 for one pair of PJ's either....I usually buy each boy a few pairs a yr, maybe like 4....and then we have like 10 white tshirts, shorts.
The baby sleeps in onesies, or sleepers. I'll probably do onesies for her for awhile (as long as I can get them in her size) and then buy jammies here and there....
MyLuvBugs replied: Lorelei's been wearing huggy-bears (the kind that are all one suit with the feet), but now that we're trying to potty train we're trying to have her sleep in jamies that have separate bottoms and tops.
ilovemybaby replied: Well it's almost Winter here (June) so pretty cold. Abby wears a singlet, t-shirt and pjs and socks ... or a singlet, nightie and woollen jumper over top and socks.
In summer she wears just a singlet and summer nightie.

When its cold, they have pants and top pj sets, kind of like long johns, and for summer, Aliyah has a few nightgowns and the three of them have some shorts and short sleeve top pj sets. I used to love the one pieces but Mason only has about 2-3 left that fit him 
moped replied: Jack wears PJ's.......I usually buy them from Old Navy or Gap, the two piece ones with pants or the shorts......or GAP too
kimberley replied: forgot to add... i get a lot of their jamas at value village or freecycle. all good condition and dirt cheap if not free

My3LilMonkeys replied: Now that it's warmer just diapers. We don't have A/C and I won't leave their window open at night so it's a necessity.
In the winter, sweats or pjs mostly.
