What do you do for "me" time?

Just wondering what you all do for your me time?

kimberley replied: like you, a long hot shower and sleep are at the top of my list
i also play online or do my puzzle books til i fall asleep

C&K*s Mommie replied: buy something for myself (although I still feel guilty), take extra long showers, I need to get back to the pedis before summer so that is one, sit and think

crazymum replied: at the moment i can have as much me time as i want
but when i move into my boyfriends and we start sorting out the house ready for our bundle i dont think ill have much me time but i have told my boyfriend that once a week when baby is born i wont 1 hour or more to myself to enjoy a bath ect!! hopefully this goes to plan but as i have been told plans normally go out of the window when children are around, all you can think about is your childs needs and forget about your own.

MyLuvBugs replied: I like to sew in my "spare" time. Whatever that is. But sewing, embroidery, crochet and quilting are my favs. I also just like to go and shop. But that's become a mommy and daughter time, and it's not all the fun sometimes. lol

mummy2girls replied: "me time" whats that? That is a foreign word to me...LOL... I am with kids 24/7 and i hardly get any me time. My me time is from 8 tioll 12 every night when jen is in bed. Oh what i woudl do for a weekend to myself.. The stressful life of a single mom

luvmykids replied: I usually only have it after everyone else is asleep, so it depends on how tired I am. I love reading, taking bubble baths, piddling around the house, catching up on my recorded shows. During the day though if I get the time I usually go shopping.

My only alone time is when Cameron is sleeping. So usually it's at night, and I either watch t.v, come on the boards, clean, take a shower, call some friends, nothing to excited. On the weekends I get a little more time alone, since he sleep for 4 hours. But I still can't get out of the house.

Man, I need to get a life!

coasterqueen replied: Well what I get for me time and what I want are two different things. Right now my me time consists of working out and a bit of computer time. I don't mind these things, but if I wasn't so lazy I'd like to go take a nice long bath, paint my nails, SLEEP and if I had money to burn a hole in my pocket I'd love to buy something for myself (that one will never happen that often )

Same here... and I'm not a single mom. I get from maybe 9-whenever at night without kids. But that';s when I clean teh house so i might get a 1/2 hour or hour over teh week to read a magazine or something. Oh and i spend 15 minutes after dinner to use my gazelle (or during nap)
Comes with teh terriority of have kids and working with kids I think

NicoleMomOf4 replied: I usually only get me time when Evan and Devin are sleeping and usually in that time i take a shower and just relax watching tv Jenna is usually up with me since she dosent nap any more so we spend some quality time togther.

mom21kid2dogs replied: Every Tuesday night I leave at 6 and come back at 11pm. I go to a choir rehersal and grocery shop in peace. I love it!!
My sister FINALLY convinced me to start scrapbooking this weekend and I went to crop with her Friday night. I did 5 pages and I'm TOTALLY addicted!!! I'm sure I'll be bartering for more "me" time now!!
