What have you accomplished today? - from Rocky's post

I ate a late breakfast about an hour ago...yogart and a cereal bar.
What have you done so far, and what do you have left?
coasterqueen replied: Hmmm, well at work I have a lot to do but I can't seem to get off the internet.  My goal is to look busy so the boss doesn't catch on to what I'm doing.  So far so good. 
ETA: This morning I got dinner started in the crockpot. That's about it. We played this morning before work instead of doing chores.
At home I want to accomplish tonight:
1. Pick up the house and get it ready for roomba and scooba to do their jobs tomorrow while I'm at work. 
2. Pick up stuff in the yard to get ready for me to mow tomorrow when I get home from work.
3. Do and finish laundry.
4. Work out.
5. Work on digital scrapbooking.
And all of this won't be able to be done til after 8 pm.  I can do it!

Kaitlin'smom replied: Well I am at work so nothing at home is done, oh well I did pick up after breakfast and put the dishes in the dishwasher (woo hoo).
I have lots to do tongiht after Kait and I get home (she had gymnastics tonight).
her bathroom needs cleaned
guest bed needs changed and re maid
swiffer the floors
clean on top of the peirs
finish towles in dryer
wash said sheets above and dry them
weed through firplace basket
entry hall table clean up
streighten up her room
wheew I have ALOT to do
and more friday and sat am as we are have a ton of peopel over sat afternoon/evening

Hillbilly Housewife replied: Got up and got dressed - right there was HUGE... it took a lot out of me... then the kids were already dressed, because they didn't want to put their pjs on last night, they wanted to wear clothes instead... so they woke up dressed...  (Zach slept at my grandmothers last night too)
I got breakfast for the girls, then my grandmother came over with Zach, and we went outside... I did yardwork for about 2 hours... came in... got changed, since I was soaked... then I got the kids a snack, and had mine - which was really my breakfast... 7 big goldfish crackers and a serving of dried apricots (about 1/3 cup - so about 7 pieces) and I reheated my coffee that i didn't finish this morning...
i'm going to go up and get the kids lunch in a little while...it's just fish... then they're going to gog and play in their rooms and take a short nap, since dh's parents are back from their 3 week vacation and are coming over around 2:30 to pick up the kid. While they're gone, i'm planning on cleaning the kitchen that i've neglected for a day and a half, vaccuum, do some laundry, and then get on my elklliptical while watchinmg Dr. Phil... then after I'm going to take a nice hot bubble bath with a book... for 30 minutes... cuz dh gets home around 4:30, picking me up and we're going to have dinner at his 'rents.
Hopefully his 'rents will keep the kids a bit longer... and we can come home and get jiggy with it...na na na na na naaa naaa 
holley79 replied: I got up this morning after only getting about an hour of solid sleep. (Annika must be teething she was so restless last night.) Got dressed, face on, loaded up Annika, went to Wal Mart, got her some popsicles and me some diet pepsi, dropped her off, came to work, took care of all the deputies' paperwork , made LT coffee, and now on the internet because NO ONE is in the office.
At noon I have to go get Annika, go run some errands, take Annika to her well baby appointment (can someone do that for me, she has to get shots.  ), go home, cook supper and hopefully get to use my PSPX tonight. I'm having DTs.
ETA: Breakfast is right now, Austin Grilled Cheese crackers.

At work we are in the process of moving to another office, so I have packed 80% of my office and sat on PC for quite some time as well.....had coffee with a guy I work with and emailed Melba a few times...........LOLOL
Tonight I will clean the main floor as usual.....make dinner, go to Jack to see my best freind before she goe to Hawaii, and start trying to get everything ready for our holidays on the 28th.

I did eat breakfast, get dressed (if you can call it that), supervised dh in getting Matt dressed (katy did herself), and now I am laying in a chase lounge watching the kids play while I play on the computer...I'm exhausted  and I get to do this for at least 3 more weeks

Emily is going out on the neighbors boat this afternoon so I am going to mow the back lawn and then after that I will take my shower for the day. I also have parboiled some chicken for dinner tonight.

Showered, dressed, Logan dressed out the door at 7:50. Logan to daycare, me to optometrist. Grocery shopped, packed and loaded car for weekend trip, cleaned ferret cage and guinea pig cage, washed dishes, sorted laundry. Now I am taking a short break. It's only 10am here.

*took kids to potty about 50 times (kathleen can't climb up by herself yet and Brooke (littel girl i watch) is in teh process of learning ot go potty (at her parents request) so i gotta bring her every 30 monutes or so or she wets my floor.... and cameorn likes to talk to someoen in there when he's in there !

*swept kitchen floor
* sorted out new baby's clothes
*packed for vacation
TO DO STILL:
~clean out car for trip

luvmykids replied: I did slip n slide for a few minutes, does that count? Had to show the kids how it's done!
Around the house, did some of the flylady stuff for today and unloaded the dishwasher, wiped down the bathrooms, put away some laundry.
Need to step it up a bit though, found out this morning MIL is coming tomorrow (glad I found out one way or another!) but actually the house is clean, just need to stay on top of it until they get here.

well... they just left about 5 minutes ago... I put the load that was in the washer into the dryer - now I'm on my fat butt, online, and I'm eating a big bowl of cookies and cream ice cream.

I took Chris to work early this AM, we came home and zonked out until 7:30. Kel and I watched Diego for a little bit, called the preschool to make sure they still had openings (  they do!). We had to go back out to take Chris something, came home & we played outside for a bit. Ate a snack of cheese, and pb crackers. Worked with Christian on the Dolch sight words, and with Kellie on learning to recognize numbers. Might I add that teaching Christian sight words is so much harder than I would have imagined! Oy!
With the early arrival of afternoon thunderstorms, the girls' hearts have jumped out of their chest numerous times as the thunder clapped directly above our house. So finally I got Kellie to sleep, and Christian is quietly playing in the LR ( sadly the end of naps for her, has finally approached  )
Just got off the phone with my father, he will be coming over to see the girls tomorrow morning/afternoon. So I will be cleaning after class tonight for his arrival tomorrow. Shortly I will get clothes ready for class tonight, and I myself will be getting ready.
No cleaning was done today. I am being very lazy.
