Kaitlin'smom replied: thankfully most of Kaitlins toys she cant get open....I need a screwdrive for that and the remots she has more fun pushing buttons than playing with batteries. She does like to help change them tho

MommyToAshley replied: That is scary! I think Ashley's toys require a screwdriver to get into the battery compartment too. (I thought all toys were that way) However, we have to keep the remotes to the TV away from Ashley because she does try to open the back and get the batteries out.

A&A'smommy replied: Alyssa did that once but she hasn't done it sense I think its because I always catch right as she finds (out of the remote ) the batteries. It is kinda scary, my mil let my nephew suck on a battery once and after it he walked around holding his tongue out and saying his tongue hurt

I had to laugh at this. Sounds just like Maddie. She is so sneaky. I always know when she is into something she shouldn't be.

Ethan found some batteries Christmas Day and of course they went straight for the mouth. He just cried like his little heart was broken when I took them from him. Kids. It is so hard to keep things away from him when Maddie leaves stuff everywhere. I'm working on her playroom today so I can let Ethan in there now that he is older. What a MESS!
