alice&arik replied: Right now I am driving a 93 Chevy Lumina because my ex-boyfriend kept the new car we bought together (2004 Intrepid) It was pretty nice. But I really want one of the Chrysler 300M or 350M's, I think they look so cool. Or a Chrysler Pacifica or a Honda Pilot. Actually I would take pretty much anything I could get, except what I got because that was like an emergency thing I had to get. But my ex-bf is feeling pretty guilty about keeping the car so he might let me take it for a while since it is in my name and he won't take it off.

Maddie&EthansMom replied: I drive a 2001 Mercury Mountaineer. It is white. I really love my car. It is loaded. Scotty drives whatever the heck he feels like driving home off the lot. Usually he picks a Lincoln Town Car.

My favorite car is a Jaguar. I've been promised one for my 30th b-day. If I'm ready for a 'car' by then I will probably still get one. I'm an SUV gal. Scotty used to work for a Jaguar dealership and has a buddy that deals in used Jags. Scotty also goes to the auction. So, with that being said, we could get a STEAL on a really nice used one.

HOWEVER, my DREAM car is one that I will never own! I've sat in one and rode in one, but I may never own it. It is a 1952 (or '53) Jaguar XK120 DHC. I'd take it in ANY color, but would prefer British racing green.

Actually the Jaguar S-Type is fairly reasonable. We looked at them last year when deciding what we were going to do (keep the Tahoe - see gr33n3y3z post, or trade it in).

A 1995 Chevy Sierra 2500 3/4 ton P/Up Utility... Ripped seats, cluttered and dirty... Smells like poop (it's a plumbing truck, naturally). Gr33n3y3z usually gets the Tahoe.

We also have a 1981 Olds Calais with (as I write this) approx. 3" of water on the passenger side floor. Exhaust system is shot, 4 cyl. motor backfires due to lack of back pressure and it has an oil leak. We're donating it to the fire department to tear apart.

Now... yours can't be all that bad!!!

Well, I want several....for all of my different moods.

I've also always wanted a Jaquar cuz I think they are sexy. So that would be when I want to drive around looking spiffy!

Then I want an H2 for when I feel adventurous! Or maybe that Jeep Rubicon it's pretty cute yet tough.

Then I need an Excursion for when I'm out and about with all the kids.

I need a little red Jeep for when I want to reminisce about the old days with my honey.

I think that would pretty much take care of it.

MommyToAshley replied: I drive a Grand Prix.... I love it except for one thing, it is only 2-door. If I had it to do all over again, I would get the 4-door version with having to put a child in the car seat.

We also have a Grand Am that we were talking about selling and getting a SUV of some sort. But, we heard that they are supposed to come out with SUV's that get much better gas mileage and are better for the environment. DH is real big on the environmental issue, so we decided to wait. I care about the environment too, but not as passionately... I don't think it would keep me from getting the SUV now if it were soley my decision.

Anyways, I drive a 2002 Chrysler mini-van and LOVE it. It's my first vehicle I've had really loaded. Although I wish I had the stow and go seating and that came out the year or two after we got ours.

DH got rid of his grand am to get me the van and now he's driving my 1998 Dodge Neon, which I have a secret love for. It's stick and just LOVE LOVE driving it....but he won't give it back so I steal it to go to the store every once in awhile just to get a taste of it again. I know I'm weird.

I don't have a dream car. Cars have never really been my thing. I just want something that will get my down my country road so I don't have to park my car up at the elevator and call someone on a 4-wheeler or snowmobile to come get me. Also, I'm really liking the loaded features so I would have to have those. I would LOVE to have an SUV, but DH and I are adamantly against them for our family because of all the reports I get weekly on how unsafe they really are. Plus our friend rolled his over and thank goodness came out alive.

Mine-1999 Hyundai Accent (I swore it was a Flintstone car but the mileage was good and i had a LOOOOONG communte)
2002 Dodge Durango (2wd) and it was the bottom base model
2001 Jeep Cherokee (needed 4wd when we moved to Colorado)
2 months later my current car 2001 4wd Durango

Dh's- 1990 Jeep Cherokee (POC money pit)
2000 Dodge DAkota
2002 Nissan X-Terra
2004 Dodge Stratus
2001 Chevy S-10 (4wd, and bought after moving to CO)
