What possessd the people at jelly belly - harry potter jelly beans

Seriously, what possessed the people at Jelly Belly to make those things? they aren't fun, they are just plain GROSS!
the favors in our box are
black pepper
blueberry
booger
buttered popcorn
cherry
cinnimon
dirt
earth worm
ear wax
grape jelly
grass
lemon drop
pickle
rotten egg
sardine
sausage
soap
toasted marshmallow
tutti frutti
vomit.


I thought I was getting a grape one and ended up with dirt, and yes it actually tasted like dirt. Then I got a pickle thinking it wouldn't be to bad, but really, it was.
DH got a rotten egg one, and literally nearly threw up.

I won't even try to pick the good flavors out for fear I will accidentally get a bad one.

Who's terrible idea what this?

Actually, maybe I will give them to Ben tomorrow...

I remember the first time I tried a jalepeno one, it was nasty. It's amazing though how they're stuff really tastes like the name

I brought DH grocery shopping with me. and he put them in the cart. I actually asked him if he put them in there or Ben.

I trued them because I didn't believe the flavors, I figured they had to taste yummy, and they just named them gross things.
