What section do you shop in?
DillsMommy wrote: I just turned 25 and I still shop in the juniors section. I've "browsed" the misses/ladies and they have some really cute clothes, I've just never bought anything from that department. I figure I've got another 5 years before I can no longer shop in the Juniors.
holley79 replied: The fat girl section
Calimama replied: Juniors if I go somewhere like Macy's. I shop a lot at A&E, Forever 21, and Abercrombie so it doesn't really apply there, KWIM?
DillsMommy replied: thats true. they have all one section. LOVE forever 21 BTW.
PrairieMom replied: shop mainly consignment, so it doesn't really apply to me either. I have a really hard time with knowing what section to shop in. I am way to old for juniors (31) and way to young IMO for the grown up section.
A&A'smommy replied: juniors the misses/ladies section doesn't have my "style" of clothes
mysweetpeasWil&Wes replied: Whatever section I see something I like! I don't think you are ever too old to wear juniors, unless of course it's too small or too sexy for what you do (career). I shop at places like Banana Republic, which I think is for all ages.
coasterqueen replied: Been shopping in misses/ladies for pretty much out of highschool as I found their business clothes are much more "respectable" for the business people I surround myself with. If I wore the junior business clothes I'd probably not be taken as serious. I'm not downing anyone with these remarks, so please forgive me if you think I am.
DillsMommy replied: I just meant, everyday type clothes. For work clothes (as of right now) I wear scrubs.
BAC'sMom replied: LMAO Holley I love you
I shop in the J Lo fat butt section
gr33n3y3z replied: AE & Gap jeans I've been buying those forever Shirts from where ever bc they really dont much matter if I like it I buy it Dress clothes Gap when I have to
coasterqueen replied: "everyday clothes" I buy in whatever section I see something I like. I find that the junior section for me, especially tops, suck to my skin, meaning the shirts are a bit too tight for my taste on me.
holley79 replied: Just being honest.
luvmykids replied: Wherever I see something I like, but I tend to shop more at stores that don't have those departments. I wish there was something in between, like junior styles with a grown up fit Although some of the trends now don't matter...the longer tees and tanks are my staples.
austins mom replied: what sucks for me is i have to shop in the plus size.
Mommy2BAK replied: For my second year in a row, you can find me in the maternity section
luvbug00 replied: jounior sizes in all except ones that don't have sections. AE, forever21, camelion, banana republic pitetes, garbage, urben outfitters, levis store, old navey and target. ( all styes for work and play)
Our Lil' Family replied: I shop mostly at NY&Co. But I did score big at Macy's yesterday, a dress for $17! I think it was in Misses, definitely not Juniors.
Boo&BugsMom replied: I shop a little bit of both. I like the junior's fashion, and it's more my "style", but it really depends on what they have. If it's cute and it fits, I'll wear it, no matter what section it's from.
Hillbilly Housewife replied: i don't really care. I am really picky with clothes, and usually just shop at a Value Village or Salvation Army... for everyday clothes that is... for business attire I usually go to Laura Petites or Fairweather... and for more formal stuff I usually go to Moose Creek to shop their boutiques.
I vary in size though... right now I can fit into some of my old size 6 clothes... but for the most part I'm in around 8... so depending on what i'm looking for, I go in Juniors or Petites... since I'm short.
